A developer is proposing to build a 15-unit complex at 733 Warburton Ave. in Yonkers.
HJH Developers of Yonkers has filed an application with the Yonkers Planning Board for a the complex that would consist of 14 two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom unit.
The Yonkers Planning Board will hold a preliminary site plan review on May 14 at City Hall.
The seven-level structure would have five residential floors and two underground parking levels with 29 parking spots, three more than the city requires.
The apartments’ size would be 1,026 square feet; the city requires 800 square feet.
Polli Jassal is listed as the developer. The architect is Harjit Jassal, who serves on the Yonkers Landmarks Preservation Board.
