KABR invested more than $1 million in the building and it opened the flex offices in anticipation of greater demand for short- and long-term rentals.
“White Plains is experiencing a growth renaissance with dozens of new restaurants, new health clubs and other big city amenities. The transportation issues and congestion of the city coupled with climate changes makes working in White Plains, the county seat, more attractive than ever,” Trent Taylor, asset manager for the KABR Group, said in a statement issued Wednesday.
Westchester Business Center has 23,000 square feet and includes more than 90 offices, which can be rented on flexible terms from one day to multiyear.
Clients get full concierge service including a receptionist, administrative and mailing services, and conference, meeting and break rooms. Virtual offices are also available.
The March 12 ribbon cutting is at 10 a.m. in the Westchester Business Center lobby on the 4th floor. The ribbon cutting will be followed by an open house; registration is required, 914-304-4000.
The building at 75 South Broadway is the Ridgefield Park, N.J.-based KABR Group’s second venture in Westchester County. Its first is 465 Columbus Ave. in Valhalla.
