Doesn’t seem to be the case for Copper Beach Farm, a more than 50-acre estate in Greenwich, Conn., along the Long Island Sound that dates back to 1898.
According to listing agent, Christie’s International, the 12 bedroom home with 10 fireplaces was put on the market for $190 in July. See our earlier story.
But we hear today from our friends at Curbed.com that the price is down to $130 million. Now that’s a reduction! The highest selling Greenwich property was at $45 million.
