The firm was founded in 1984 and has more than 25 offices serving Westchester, Rockland, Putnam Dutchess and Orange counties in New York and Bergen and Passaic counties in New Jersey. Rand has more than 800 residential real estate associates and also a commercial real estate company called Rand Commercial Services and a title and mortgage lending group called Hudson United Group.
Joe Monaco, regional vice president, has been named Manager of their new flagship White Plains office. BHG Rand Realty is calling their recently inaugurated White Plains branch the “Real Estate Office of the Future,” with its contemporary design and high tech features. The new office will specialize in helping customers buy and sell homes throughout the Greater Hudson Valley. They will also offer commercial real estate services and rental services to clients throughout Westchester real estate market.
Monaco is an award winning sales manager with over 30 years of real estate experience. In addition to managing the new White Plains branch, he will continue to be the acting Regional Vice President for Westchester County.
JP Endres-Fein will be taking over as the Manager of the New City office.
For the past four years, Endres-Fein has managed BHG Rand Realty’s White Plains office. Before joining BHG Rand, she was the co-owner of Homes of Westchester and broker-owner of David Endres Realty Group Ltd. She has been secretary-treasurer of New York State Association of Realtors in 2012 and was the NYSAR 2010 Realtor of the Year and the 2004 Westchester County Board of Realtors’ Realtor of the Year. Endres-Fein was also a WCBR president. She is slated to be the 2014 president of NYSAR.
June Stokes, a vice president, has been promoted to the position of Regional Vice President of New Jersey.
Before her promotion, Stokes managed BHG Rand Realty’s largest office, their New City branch. In addition to her new role Regional VP, Stokes will also manage the firm’s Nyack real estate office. In more than 20 years in real estate, Stokes has been a salesperson, associate broker, and broker/owner, as well as holding many senior manager roles. She was president of the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service from 2003 to 2005, and received the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers’ Manager of the Year Award in 2000.
