They were among the 200 top sales associates at Coldwell Banker who were invited to participate in this three-day retreat.
While at the resort they went to special meetings, networking receptions and dinners along with other sales associates and management leaders from across the northeast and eastern seaboard regions to learn more about programs and marketing systems.
They also got to use the many amenities including golf on two championship courses, tennis, water activities, shopping and services at the spa and fitness center.
“The guests who were invited to attend the Coldwell Banker Elite Retreat are among the most distinguished real estate professionals in the region,” said Cathleen F. Smith, president of Coldwell Banker.
Flood ranked as the number one agent out of more than 2,100 sales associates at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County for her sales performance in 2012, said the company.
Coleman, McMillan, Pearlman and Militana-Valvano were recognized earlier this year with the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Elite award. This designation is awarded to the top 2 percent of approximately 82,200 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker® system.
