Hundreds of homes for sale in Westchester, Putnam and Connecticut will be showcased this Sunday in an Open House Event, sponsored by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
“We believe in the power of homeownership and all the benefits it has to offer. We know that there is pent-up demand from consumers who have been waiting to make a move. We believe this open house event will move buyers off the sidelines and into the market because interest rates are still low and there is a wide selection of homes available for sale,” Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, said in an announcement.
There will be more than 400 homes available in Connecticut and Westchester and Putnam counties on June 9 participating in this open house day.
One property (above) is the home at 5 Warren Road in Croton on Hudson. Features include an open floor plan and a three season room with skylights and a hot tub on the deck. It is listed at $1,675,000.
We know—and Coldwell Banker knows—you can’t see all the houses in one day or any day. But Coldwell Banker is setting up the information online for homebuyers to initially search online and a spokeswoman said it should be up by Friday. For information, go to the Coldwell Banker website.
