Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announces that Michèle Flood, an associate broker in its Rye office, has ranked the top sales associate out of more than 2,100 sales associates in Westchester County and Connecticut.
With more than 35 years in the real estate business, Flood has consistently been recognized as the company’s top producer in Westchester County, says Coldwell Banker.
In 2012 Flood achieved nearly $50 million in sales volume. She was honored at a celebration last month at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich, Conn., that drew more than 800 guests from throughout Connecticut and Westchester County.
“Michèle adds this honor to a long list of accomplishments earned during her illustrious career in the residential real estate industry. She has earned the respect of her clients and colleagues for her expert marketing and negotiation skills, and continues to focus on providing top-notch service to homebuyers and sellers,” Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, said in a press release. “It goes without saying that Michèle is a tremendous asset to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team.”
Flood was also named among the nation’s top 250 real estate sales professionals by The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends based on sales volume and is a recipient of Westchester Magazine’s Five Star Award, which recognizes service professionals who provide quality services to clients.
