The Skyline Plaza office building on Route 9A in Hawthorne has a new owner.
Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC. of White Plains announced Wednesday it has purchased the 2,608-square-foot building at 37 and 37A Saw Mill River Road.
The previous owner was 11 Locust Avenue Associates, Inc. of Katonah, according to 2012 tax assessment rolls for the town of Mount Pleasant.
The purchase price was not disclosed. The buyer was represented by Craig Weitz and Jerry Houlihan.
The property is considered an improved site and has a 20,575-square-feet, three-story office building constructed in 1984 and an attached two-story 2,608 -square-feet office structure. The buildings on the 1-acre site have 12 tenant parking spaces and ths 86 visitor parking spaces.
Weitz and Houlihan negotiated the purchase from a local bank, which was not identified, but which also provided financing with a 5-year mortgage. Edward Friedman of Novick-Edelstein handled the sale for the purchaser.
