J.P. Endres Fein of White Plains has been sworn in as president of the New York State Association of Realtors.
She is a licensed broker and office manager with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty in White Plains, and the post NYSAR post will last a year.
Fein is a past president of the Westchester County Board of Realtors (now the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors) where she has also served on and chaired numerous committees and was recognized as the Realtor of the Year in 2004.
During her time as NYSAR secretary/treasurer, Endres Fein chaired the Investment Committee and Budget and Finance Committee. She is a former chair of the organizational planning, professional standards and the communications and public relations committees. She has served on numerous other state committees including legal action, education management and international real estate. She is a 2009 graduate of the NYSAR Leadership Academy. She was also named the state association’s Realtor of the Year in 2010.
At the national level, Endres Fein has served as a National Association of Realtors director and as a member of the Professional Standards Committee. She currently serves on the Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee. She is a regular attendee of NAR’s national conference and is a President’s Circle and Crystal “R” supporter of the Realtors Political Action Committee.
Active in her community, she has done volunteer work with numerous organizations including Westchester Interfaith Housing Corporation, Hearts for the Homeless, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Hudson River Swim for Life and the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk.
