LoHud Real Estate will be hosting its first Twitter Chat next week.
The event will be take place 12-12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, on Twitter – using the hashtag #HouseChat.
I’ll be joined by Felice Wyloge, an associate real estate broker for Houlihan Lawrence, and we’ll discuss the state of the local housing market.
Felice has a wealth of knowledge about buying and selling homes in the Lower Hudson Valley. Her area of expertise covers New Rochelle, Pelham, Rye Brook, Armonk, Scarsdale, White Plains, Chappaqua and Harrison.
The conversation will focus on the latest real estate trends, what Felice is seeing in her sub-markets and her predictions for the much-anticipated spring real estate market, which is right around the corner.
