Broadway in Nyack and Upper Nyack is home to some pretty impressive spreads: Actress Helen Hayes and comedian Rosie O’Donnell lived there—in the same house, Pretty Penny (just not at the same time). Pretty Penny is currently for sale and so are a half dozen other homes, including the custom built colonial of Liz and Marty Wortendyke. The couple bought many pieces from local estate sales, such as the chandelier shown in the library here, which came from the Maidman Estate in Upper Nyack.
The 4,764 square foot home, called Walnut Hill, is currently for sale at $2,275,000. Read more
